Users no longer need to switch apps to check PNR status or live train location — RailOne displays coach positions, platform numbers, and real-time delay updates within its interface.

One of its standout features is IRCTC e-Catering integration. Travelers can order meals to their seat using their PNR or train number and filter by vegetarian, Jain, or non-vegetarian meals. In case of issues like delays, poor hygiene, or safety concerns, users can file complaints through the built-in Rail Madad system, which also includes an emergency support option.

To make payments seamless, RailOne features an Aadhaar-linked R-Wallet. This digital wallet supports instant payments for ticket bookings, meal orders, and even processes refunds back into the wallet. The app’s login system is secure, offering mPIN setup and biometric authentication such as Face ID or fingerprint access.

Users can log in using existing IRCTC or UTS credentials through Single Sign-On (SSO), and all previous bookings and data will be automatically imported into the new app. The interface is clean and modern, currently available in English and Hindi, with support for more regional languages like Bengali, Tamil, and Marathi coming soon.
